Behavioural insight into
commercial decisions.

People rarely express what they need directly, figuring out the story behind their choices is what motivates me. I improve how people experience processes to strengthen the brand value proposition.

About & approach

For the last 4+ years I performed global user-experience roles at Cemex, working across Europe, Latin America, the US and the Caribbean. Recently completed my Master's in Behavioural and Experimental Economics at the University of Essex.

My focus is turning consumer behaviour insight into decisions that strengthen business value. I've improved on-time allocation of $5M+ regional budgets, enhanced user-experience scores by addressing real pain points people hit along the way, and used Power BI and SQL with workflow automation to make administrative processes run with less friction.

Outside of work you'll usually find me training for my next goal, most recently I completed full marathon in Houston. I'm based in London, open to work with people who find consumer behaviour as interesting as I do.

The Concert's Trace

How live concerts reshape revealed digital preferences

A case study of Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour (2022–2025) built from Google Trends and Spotify charts, UK data. I analyse consumers' digital search trends and consumption choices across five dimensions: Information seeking, Purchasing propensity, Sense of Belonging Digital experience and Popularity share.

Using ARIMAX time series models, the study isolates a concert's effect before, during and after a concert. People's Belonging plays a major role in their consumption decisions. The chart shows the preliminary concert effect by dimension:

A critical review on Neuroeconomics

The neoclassical economic perspective posits that, provided with sufficient information, humans act as efficient maximisers of self-interest. In contrast, psychological literature often characterises human behaviour as possessing a tendency toward self-destruction. Both fields converge in the discipline known since the late 1990s as Neuroeconomics, which seeks to understand how the complex systems and processes inside the “black box” of the human brain relate to economic choices.

Fiscal policy and economic inequality in Mexico

A comparative analysis of Mexico's less-favoured and more-favoured states (2008–2020) by the tax system, testing how direct and indirect taxes, federal contributions and federal participations shape inequality. Direct taxes and federal transfers reduce inequality nationwide. Indirect taxes are regressive at the national level, yet reduce inequality in the least-favoured states, where all four levers proved most effective, reflecting a less efficient starting point for public resources.
